In the operation of supplying cement clinker, the cement clinker enters the equipment through the bottom feed inlet. As the plate chain operates continuously, the hoppers mounted on the chain lift the clinker to the top discharge area. When the hoppers reach the head, gravity and centrifugal force discharge the material, which then returns to the bottom via the return section for repeated operation. The entire conveying process uses a closed structure, effectively reducing dust spillage and improving the quality of the on-site environment.

The NE Plate Chain Bucket Elevator for Cement Clinker consists of a drive unit, a high-strength plate chain, deep hoppers, a head discharge section, a tail tensioning section, and a fully enclosed protective housing. The drive unit consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor, a hardened gear reducer, and a flexible pin coupling. It provides high output torque and constant speed. The reducer has a built-in backstop to effectively prevent the chain from reversing when the machine stops under full load, ensuring safety. The plate chain is forged from high-quality alloy steel. The chain plates and sleeves are carburized and quenched, resulting in high surface hardness and a tensile strength exceeding 1000MPa, enabling long-term resistance to clinker wear and impact. The hopper is designed as a deep hopper structure, with customizable opening width and depth. The hopper bottom is rounded, allowing materials to slide out quickly during unloading, reducing adhesion and material backflow. The fully enclosed shell is welded from 6mm thick steel plates, with sealing gaskets connecting each section, ensuring excellent overall airtightness. This not only isolates dust but also allows connection to a dust extraction pipeline. Inspection doors are located on the side of the shell for easy internal inspection.
