The Food Grade Bucket Elevator for Starch mainly consists of an inlet, hopper, traction chain (or belt), drive unit, casing, and unloading device. During operation, starch enters the hopper through the bottom inlet. Driven by the chain or belt, the hopper moves upwards along the enclosed casing. Upon reaching the head of the machine, centrifugal force or gravity smoothly discharges the starch into downstream equipment, such as a vibrating screen, mixer, or packaging machine. The empty hopper then returns to the bottom for reloading, achieving continuous cyclic conveying. The entire conveying process operates in a closed system, effectively reducing dust and material loss.
