Bucket Elevator for Wood Chips realizes vertical conveying of wood chips through circular motion, and its working process includes four stages. In the feeding stage, according to the different fluidity of wood chips, "scooping" or "flowing" loading is adopted to make wood chips flow into the hopper evenly from the bottom feeding port; in the lifting stage, the motor drives the belt or chain and other traction mechanisms through the reducer to drive the hopper to rise vertically along the guide rail; when the hopper reaches the top and enters the unloading stage, the wood chips are thrown into the discharge port by centrifugal force or gravity, and the specially designed guide plate ensures complete unloading; in the final return stage, the empty hopper returns to the bottom along the other side, thus completing a complete working cycle.
